I just don't go with hp regen because i usualy start with 3 hp pots, that take my hp regen really easily in early levels

if u want survivability why not just go health regen quints since flat health is a lil pointless in runes atm :)

not sure how this is a new way to play off tank to me it seems more like ur everyday average build for an off tank champ but meh all to there own i suppose but yeah its a gd build but nothing different :) and ur runes are a lil strange with quints etc
