It's an unfinished guide, you should have finished it to some extent before publishing it.

On how it's doing so far... good detail and coverage. I can see you've considered a great deal of things.

I won't upvote yet because it's not finished, but the way you're going looks highly promising.

Decent guide, however, you are completly missing some defensive items / runes. You're really easy to kill with full AD runes. and are much better than the low-scaled AD from glyphs and seals. Also, does not stack, you have mentioned 2 of them. Also should be taken earlier.
