I almost gave up on Jayce and tried this build and now I do better, more kills less death.
Very good one !
Okay... first off - I'm assuming this is a bot-lane AD carry build, correct? Ima just go with that. So... 1. Taking teleport as the AD carry is an extremely bad idea; you should ALWAYS be in the fights regardless of how well you're doing, so teleport really isn't needed - an alternative such as exhaust or heal is better. But it's not really that big of a deal. The main issue I want to address is 2. Taking ALL damage items instead of mobility/attack speed/defensive items (yeah, warmongs gives a ton of hp... but when is the last time you saw an AD carry get one?). Seriously, getting a guardian angel over a warmong's would be a MUCH better change to the build.
I noticed you said the guide isn't complete, so this isn't my final vote... I may change it after some updates. But the guide at the moment is very vague (the lack of BBCoding, not a lot of chapters, etc.).
Well, Teleport ganks, defending towers, Ninja'ing towers, getting into teamfights with teleport. Teleport is valuable for the entire game. Ignite falls off late game, so does heal. Guardian Angel doesn't help unless you died by accident. Respawning with minimal HP, after your whole team is dead, whats the point of that? A Warmog's is so much more valuable.
Also Jayce has many gap closers, whats the point of more mobility. Besides Jayce has so many skills that increase his mobility. Generally you are a lane bully, people won't fight you 1v1, so attack speed is invaluable to a Jayce. Defense is made up for in Blood Thirsters, if they even bother 1v1ing you.
