Why you have Domination at the guide but Fleet Footwork at the build?

Because it is quite hard and takes a lot of time to upgrade the tree in the description as you have to write both text and color code so I havent updated it since the first time I released the guide. I only keep the tree on top(the one that is currently with fleet footwork) up to date. Hope that makes sense

Could i change your secondary runes one the main rume page(fleet) to gathering storm because i like tje late game damage and manaflowband so that i can spam my abilities? Good choice for secondary runes?

Yeah that would be a valid option. I personally prefer going with inspiration as the games in the current meta do not last more than 30 minutes and I feel like it is better to focus on the early game. Nonetheless going with sorcery is also a good option and if it suits your playstyle then definitely go for it :).

It can work well versus a squishy team(if they have no tanks at all) but otherwise crit is better.
