Why this build?
I wouldn't use this build if your trying to grind ranked, I would use it to mainly have a fun time. Imagine ulting from across the map to the poor adc. Its more of a jumpscare then Fiddle's ult.
The best use of this strategy.
Jumpscare Warwick is best used whenever you see an enemy at low hp. You use W, then all your items and jump onto of them and murder. Most of the time, they will be asking what the heck happened and you can give some sick line or something. This build is multiplied by 1000 in Urf.
