First off, you build this with the expectation that you will have both blue and red buffs pretty much all game, while a good jungler wants to give these buffs away ASAP to the carries that he has fed kills to.
Secondly, your decision to max tears first is faulty. Each level of tears yields 0.3% more maxhp/s dmg + 4, which you can expect to be between 7 and 13 dps depending on game phase, per char hit. Each level of Tantrum however yields 25 dmg and dmg reduced by 2. Given that you will be spamming Tantrum, and the CD gets shorter and shorter as you level it and get items, leveling tantrum first yields far more dps as well as the ability to tank more.
Third, you should always strive to thin your build out, which means purchases like Doran's and the decision to sell Aegis later on are wasted gold == wasted time == slows you down.
Do you think Cloth Armor+6Pots is better than Regrowth Pend.+1Pot into Philo...?
I normally play with friends and we go Wolves first, having someone help me with dmg and then someone pulls blue. Then i do about the same thing as you do. At first time recalling I will have my Phylo and maybe a Pot. I will be faster than you are and ready to gank earlyer if my team wants.
I will try your build l8er today and see how I do. I will post my impressions.
See you on the Fields of Justice!
