when going morgana jungle its important to get blue buff first wherever ur starting from.
heres a simple rundown for in what order to do jungle
blue > wolves > red > scuttle > raptors > frog > krugs*
*krugs deal alot of damage to youe arly, u might have to back or even disengage, so be wary.

staring from lvl. 2 u can gank, cus u have your root, wich can be advantagous for your laner, note that your root can also stop chasing opponents
ganking should be like your playing morgana in lane: root > pool
