first of all I'm going to go off the assumption that you didnt even look at the guide because of this comment
1: first of all Summoner's Resolve is in the defence tree and 2nd Smite is in it, try reading
2: Tough Skin reduced dmg from the jungle for early game Bladed Armor damages the jungle
3: I just wanted to try and troll as hard as u
4: from this I know you did'nt read this guide because I said it is not important after the starting jungle
try reading and getting your facts straight before posting negative comments and trolling

I bet ur just trolling with this half-finished guide

1. You have only 1 point in offense, but you put a point in Summoner's Resolve even though no spells you use scale off of it

2. Tough skin and bladed armor are pretty much useless

3. You haven't filled out all your abilities

4. If spell vamp is so important on Singed, why no hextech?
