Introduction
LETS GO!
Pros:
Amazing Ganker
Very good jungle
Anti-Carry
Spell shield
Amazing chase/run
Fear
Crazy scary ultimate
One of the best junglers I have seen after he backs the first time
Cons:
Can be focussed down more or less easily
NEEDS to get kills and a good jungle early to be truly effective
Not the easiest jungler at the start in the world *cough cough* Warrwick *cough cough*
Late game is meh (good but can't carry his team single handed)

This IS a jungle build. You will see why I use a Vampiric Scepter in no time.
For your jungle you will start off by killing the wolves then moving on to wraiths (Use your smite on the blue wraith) after wraiths go kill double golem. After golem go back and buy your cloth armour and HP pot. Then procede to blue and kill it with smite. after blue kill the wolves which should have just spawned. then to wraiths and then double golem again. After golem this time you will want to kill red. After that just rinse and repeat and IMPORTANT Gank like CRAZY!

You will want to be constantly ganking while jungling. He has an amzing ulti and can finish enemies off quickly, however don't just jump into a team by yourself. YOU ARE NOT GODLY!! Nocturne is a good champ but can't just go and ace teams with an easy faceroll. be carefull and pick your targets wisely.
I start off with a Vamp Scepter. You will see it works perfectly and you will not need any hp pots to start. After the three jungle (Check jungle section) you will buy your cloth armour and HP pot working towards your Lantern. Just follow the Items up top really, it is quite straight forward.
Situational Items
Depending on the enemy team, getting a Banshee's veil is a very nice boost to Nocturne's ability to survive. With his W you can survive a lot of spells.
Phantom Dancer also works quite well with Nocturne. If you are to buy that, I would suggest switching you lantern late game for a Infiniti Edge.
Other Items are at your discretion. Be weary of their prices.

your skill sequence varies between champions you are attacking.
CC Champs:
Ult in and pop your W(Shield) right off the bat
move into your E(Fear) then quickly hit them with your Q(Increase damage and move)
Rinse and repeat
No CC Champs:
Ult in and use your E(Fear) right away.
Quickly Q(Increase damage and move) them, then shield yourself
Rinse and Repeat.

All in all Nocturne is quite balanced and super fun to play. Be free to comment on the build and tell me what I should change or what you like.
I don't have any screen shots ATM so you may just have to trust me with my scores, but I average around 15/4/10 with him (Including both bad and good games). Also the games I normally play with him don't even stretch out farther then the Vamp scepter on my BT. They are short and sweet, just like the deaths of your opponents.
