Okay I want to help you out here, because I get the feeling you don't play Warwick a whole lot. I'm not gonna downvote you, I just want to explain a few things okay?

Bloodthirster is not good on Warwick, at max stacks it adds 200 damage to your ultimate, Wit's End adds 210 damage to your ultimate for 1000 gold less and it gives magic resistance, do you see what I'm getting at?

Next thing, your ultimate Infinite Duress does not crit. That's all there is to it, it won't crit and there's nothing you can do about it. It applies on-hit effects, but not crit. So your 85% crit is wasted unless you intend to be an autoattacker in the middle of the fight, to which I say good luck staying alive because you are the squishiest glass cannon ever.

Your runes are also not optimal at all, crit chance as I explained is worthless, seals need to be armour, and change your glyphs to either magic resist or attack speed, I don't understand why you'd flip those when the opposite of your current setup is clearly more effective ( Greater Seal of Armor & Greater Glyph of Attack Speed). Quints are fine how they are Warwick is very flexible there.

If you're going to jungle, take the Runic Affinity mastery, because you need it, so spec 9 points in utility for Swiftness and Expanded Mind as well.

You mention you don't know how to do all the fancy stuff, but you really need to learn it if you want this guide to go anywhere, so check out other guides for ideas and check out jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide as well, it's easy to find here on the site. PM me if you need any more advice or want any tips on coding or warwick in general, I'm trying to help you here because people will chew this build to pieces.
