That skill sequence... what the..?
Finally, bad build. Black Cleaver is not a good item to get first unless you are Corki or Kayle.
Your runes are fine, though hp/level could probably be better replaced by some armor.
I don't understand your skill sequence at all, and you don't really explain it. Why rocket jump at level 1? If your team is setting up a gank at the beginning, it kind of makes sense. The extra damage and slow would come in handy, and the exp boost from the kill gets you to 2 that much quicker. But otherwise, it's absolutely useless as a level 1 skill. You can't harass with it, only commit, and you're not likely to grab any kills at level 1 without Ignite. Your first skill should be explosive shot for its harassment ability. Then, after you take rocket jump at level 1, you don't touch it again until 8! The damage increases alone make it worth maxing as fast as you can, AND it decreases the cooldown by up the 8 seconds. That's HUGE for a squishy champ like Trist.
The item build is completely out of whack. After one or two Doran's, you need to get your boots. This is basic champ building 101. The more time it takes you to get back into lane, the less time you have to farm/harass/get in a gank and the less gold you have to complete your build. Second, BECAUSE you need to get your boots right away, AND you need stats, you're going to want level 2 movement boots with some sort of bonus attached. Some people swear by Merc treads, while I tend to go Beserkers. Either way, it gives you a needed boost in both speed and another area instead of grabbing what should be a mid-to-end game item in the laning phase.
To make things worse in your items, the most critical (no pun intended) item in an AD crit carry's arsenal, the Infinity Edge, doesn't come into your build until AFTER two fairly expensive midgame items. IE should be Tristana's FIRST item after boots. There is NO situation in the game where this is not the case. The attack damage, crit chance, and critical strike damage complement her Q perfectly. It's her bread and butter. After that, THEN you can go for a BC, though I prefer the Phantom Dancer for the perfect combo of move and attack speed mixed with crit chance.
For masteries, I'd say take out the 3% lifesteal as it's not worth three masters points, take everything out of the utility tree, and invest in some armor, magic resist, and health from the defense tree instead. This complements the survivability runes you took well.
Regarding abilities, I think exhaust is perfectly legit for Trist, though I find that ignite combined with an explosive shot and jump can really lay down the hurt and get you some early kills for that extra gold and farming time.
Overall, I think you really need to consider an overhaul of the guide.
I'll also note that you plan for about 15K. On average, when I farm well, the game is usualy over by the time I get around 10K. More then that and the game has been dragging on.
For anivia, i find that her damage combo at beginning (Before level 6), is Q-E. When You become aggresive and rocket shot next to her, it will be harder for her to hit you with q, which means E won't be as effective. That's how i deal with Anivia :)
I agree with you in summoner spell :D Teleport is a very good way to kill those enemy minion waves that stacked up, resulting in lots of gold, or backdooring.
For skill sequence, i like to take E first, because i can get gold easier when minions explode :). And i don't get Q until level 6 because it just wastes mana, but that's just my preference.
But overall, a +1 from me. Good Job~
Yes Doran's blade is also good, but it dependet on playstyle. I'm playing passive early game and in later game xD nobody have this item. But I will write something about other choices to start a game.
