I called her a hecarim wannabe because most of her abilities are aoe and she has a fast clear times

either mercurys threads or boots of mobility can do it, u might ask why dont i purchase ionian boots of lucidity, because the cooldown reduction is enough in this build,also nashor's tooth gives her an amount of ability power plus cooldown reduction and attack speed in my other karma build i said that the combo of ap with cd reduction is worth it but now that not the reason the re***on is that the more attack speed she have the best the clear times without wasting mantra
feel free to change athene's unholy grail for another nashor's tooth or anything useful u might need!

U might have noticed that im lvling spirit bond too much.Thats a way to get stronger cc for ganks.U will play like u ussually would play ap karma when ganking with the difference that u must apply a mantraed spirit bond to an enemy for a good gank!Check my ap karma style build to learn more about her abilities. Exhaust provides a powerful cc to make strong ganks when combinated with ur mantraed spirit bond
i also would suggest u flash but exhaust is much more useful in ganks.

Pros
Fast clear times
High amounts of damage
Great mobility
Great survivability
Probably wont be thought as a threat by ur enemies

Cons
Not really strong cc for ganks (exhaust helps this though)
99% chance to be called a troll
Requires skill
needs positioning and ur team to understand ur mechanics

Mantra-soul shield+soul shield+mantra-heavenly wave+heavenly wave.
remember not to use many mantra's with heavenly wave because it decreased ur ability power thx to ur passive just shield urself and heal it if needed (wont be needed :P)
