I start off with the dorans ring for obvious reasons, then i lane as long as i can supporting my partner. when the time is right i go back and ill ocasionally buy a couple health pots if my gold allows it. then ill go ahead and buy 2 more dorans rings as they supply me with the stats i need early game to get ahead. after ill usually be laning for a while maybe help set up some ganks but mostly supporting my partner(a carry suggested) to help feed him. after that ill go ahead and buy my boots of speed and hopefully enough to get the catalyst, then i will continue my build as shown above and sell dorans rings only when space is needed. once you get the last item in the build it is up to you what you want to do, you can keep your cdr capped or you can sell your boots and buy another rabadons or rylas but it is entirely up to you.

for the runes i get a lot of magic pen because i dont end up buying any items with magic pen and its always useful. I buy only 8 glyphs of focus for the cooldown reduction because if i were to use the 9th one id be going over the cdr cap which just makes that extra rune a waste so i end up making it an ability power rune, you can always make it watever rune u want but ap seems to be just fine.

I already explained the situation with the runes and cdr in the last chapter, but i like to cap it so that i can spam as many abilitys in a fight as i can as my build late game allows me to without going oom, also i use clarity incase i do(which usually is only in the begining).
