Im sorry to say the boots you listed in the build sucks. Blue buff and full stacks reduce enough. I'd perfer the 20 pen to do full damage on squishy champs

Not liking the early Tear + Catalyst combo.
That just means you'll be severely gimped in terms of damage output. Requiem won't be netting you ANY kills at all if played against an experienced team. Ionian Boots don't help in that respect either. If you didn't kill them that one time they were low, your Requiem won't be up fast enough no matter how much CDR you have.

I don't think you should need both Ghost and Flash as Karthus, he can accomplish a lot with only 1 movement mechanic. (Not to mention you proc Insight in Utility Masteries, which makes no sense)

Lastly, your guide description could use a lot of work.
Summoner Spells, Masteries, and Runes could be more in-depth.

Abilities section could use some spacing.
Structuring them into paragraphs makes them easier to absorb, the spaces between paragraphs give the brain necessary pauses to comprehend the walls-of-text.
