If he's fed you can open mid. If he is behind and counterjg him he is useless. Feast or famine champion and u rly need your mid to give you a hand against this guy. If your mid picked an ap scaling champ its doomed

this is the worst karthus matchup in the game. Enemy ivern can literally be a silver player who was donated a challenger account and win against a challenger karthus by mashing his keyboard and shielding his team. Your champion is rendered useless by this and his ult is so fking cancer.
