I figured Archiving it was the best thing to do, seeing as I don't know much about Karthus anymore. I mostly bought him because I have a Necromancer fetish, it's not like that, I just think they are really cool. Undead Caster Lich, and all that ****, sadly he doesn't raise any minions...

try swapping rod of ages for archmage's staff. Then your item order will be tear of the goddess (mana fill bonus max 1000 continues with archmages staff) for catalyst of the protector, and then continue towards archmages staff. It's a personal taste of getting cooldown instead of AP for Runes for faster ulti, but the rest of ur build is ok.

I have to thnx you because your build i do a 28/9/21 but i have a problem because i have to sell my boots because i dont have more space for the lich Bane .... What do you think i have to sell it? or sell other item?.. Anyway thnx for the build :D

Eh... No, I think you missunderstand. It's either Void Staff or Abyssal Scepter, it depends on the teamfight and if you need Magic Resist. Personally I take Voidstaff vs. Tanks and for my Ulti, Lich Bane is very good when you got 600 AP and really fed so that you can win the game after an Ace.

I was also thinking about Rylai's but it's a bit overrated, seeing as how Wall of Pain should be enough already.

I would agree you need to choose which of the two staffs you are going to use, either abyssal or void. I usually go with void also, unless the other team is not buying magic armor. Then go with Abyssal. The great thing about karthus is that he can be great really built many ways. However with any great magic it depends on the person controlling him. Get used to watching the whole map and timing shots and ults. Learning how to tweak Karthus for individual players that play mid against you will help alot. Lastly THE KEY to Karthus is to level quickly and dominate mid game with your ult and bombs. Then help your team to victor late game.

great build, only thing I would do different is more Magic penetration from void staff. Plus also check out Lich Bane. Make Karthus a destroyer of towers and buildings and massive normal attack.

Lich Bane rocks, especially with lay waste comming every second. But should I get it earlier, or just when I have a ****load of AP? Also, im still not sure about Void Staff or Abyssal Scepter.
