solid build, similar to mine, though you rely a little less on snowballing. will have very little tower-tearing capabilities, though, but i guess its not kassadin's job to tower-shred. although i like to do so sometimes :P check out my build

I have recently switched to Mana Regen/5 per level seals. Will be changing the guide eventually to show that.

Heal is good for healing your team, but I find it usefull for keeping myself alive more. It easily heals half your health at higher levels.

Leviathan is the only Item I would ever get for defense, yet it's a snowball item itself.

Snowball items are really good on kassadin because his survivability is as good as champions like Shaco, Gragas and Mundo. His ability to quickly make escapes makes him very hard to kill. Getting stunned or Silenced while playing Kassadin means you were sleeping on the job. It has happened to me, luckily I had heal to save me.

Thanks for the advice man, and for reminding me about the seals. Also, I read your Mundo guide, and I follow it like it's a Religion, granted I swap for DPS mundo for 3v3's.

Nice build, like the "Danger-Zone" part especially haha. Personally I'd grab the MP5/lvl seals because they get better then the others at like lvl 6 (Don't quote me this!!).
Few problems that I can see are;
Mejai's- Really risky and snowball items are most of the time, a waste of an item slot.
No survivability- You get trapped in a stun/silence lock then you die, maybe grab a bulk item somewhere in there to negate this danger.
Also I'm not so sure about heal 'cause as you say, Kass is not a team player and that's where most of the usefulness of heal comes from, the AoE heal. If Kass isn't going to be near his team mates then he loses half of heal's value.
Other then these great work and keep working hard!

The build is pretty much my normal Kassadin build. The Desc is really good, so +1 on that.
I used to ignore my W ability too, but since you are using TotG, it's useful to take 5 point at lvl 5 and spam it for the stacks, it virtually cost no mana.
