rated +1 pretty much how i build kass when i play him, item wise its the same. Some differences are i use clarity runes instead and i found that if i pick up 1 rank of nether blade early level 2 or 4 that i can harass more and if start to go oom to hit on some minions.
edit: Didn't notice the flash summoner spell, flash is kinda pointless on kass as his ult is a built in flash something you might look into as alternatives are maybe teleport or exhaust, even ghost if you feel the need.
