Not much to say here, this is a Katarina rune page and build i tend to use often with success so im sharing it here. If you think going sorc or resolve is better than feel free to do so I don't really care. :) For those who want to hear me out then i will say this is the best economical and most sustain runepage i have used (yes moreso than Resolve secondary) it scales better than the traditional resolve tree runes and gives you a similar sustain in the early laning phase that many new and old Katarina mains find so difficult. I use this rune page in nearly every matchup except with ones where I might deem precision better due to a lack of tanks on the enemy team or something.
