Introduction
For my runes I use quints of insight giving me some nice magic penetration. I use armor per level seals to give me some extra durability. Ability power per level glyphs give me a nice amount of ability power by the time I hit level 18. I use magic resist penetration marks so if there's any tanks stacking magic resist, you can melt him with a little more ease.
For my masteries I go 19/9/2. For my offensive masteries I get ability power per level, ability power, attack damage, attack speed, cooldown reduction, and Demolitionist.I use these masteries mainly for quick damage to a target and a quicker turret kill. For my defensive masteries I get, magic resist, armor, health per level, health regen, and extra health. I use these for a little more durability and to not have to recall as much. For my utility masteries I only got Improved Recall and Summoner's Insight because, the improved recall can help in tough situations such as being trapped in the enemies jungle, and the Summoner's Insight reduces the cast time of Teleport and reduces the cooldown duration of Flash.
I use a wide variety of items to ensure dominance over the enemy team. I start with a Ruby Crystal for early game laning and to build my reverie. After I get enough gold I save up for a Kindlegem to again, build my reverie and for some cooldown reduction. Then I work on getting Berserker's Greaves for added movement and attack speeds, if you were to get boots any later you'd be in lots of trouble. I get a philosophers stone, and upgrade to a reverie for increased cooldown reduction, increased health, health regen, mana regen, and for the great active. The active increases all nearby ally champions movement speed by 40% for 3 seconds. This can be helpful in many situations, for instance if one of your allies gets engaged in a team fight you and your allies can boost over there just in time for the fight. Back to my build, I work on my Rageblade for the added ap, ad, and passive. Next I work on my Nashor's Tooth by getting a Stinger. I like Nashor's Tooth very much because its like the perfect item for Kayle because of the cooldown reduction, ability power, attack speed, and mana regen, it's the Kayle's version of a Infinity Edge. End game I get a Zhonya's Hourglass for more durability and ap. If the game hasn't ended by this point I would get a Zeke's Herald for team support. Remember if you disagree with any of my choices, I'm not forcing you to use these items I'm only recommending them so feel free to change any item.
For you first skill point take Divine Blessing or Righteous Fury depending if you want to be more of a support or carry. For the guides sake, I'll do Divine Blessing. I take Divine Blessing first if I'm going to be mostly support and max it asap. The next ability would be Righteous Fury for increased range and attack power, I max this second. My third ability would be Reckoning because it doesn't take too terribly long to get to level 4 and you don't need the ability right at the start of the match, I max this last. Kayle's ult makes and breaks team fights. I take a point in Intervention whenever I can. Like I said before this ability makes and breaks team fights because that 2-3 seconds of invincibility could really make an impact on the apposing team. For example, If say your carry was low on health you'd heal him to make him live longer right? well after you heal and hes gonna die again use your ult on him and he has a full 2-3 seconds to put out as much damage he/she can which can turn the tide in a fight.
I use Teleport and Flash for my summoner spells. I use whenever I'm going to be more of a support than carry, and if i want to be a carry I use ignite to ensure a kill. Flash is a no-brainer because it is very good for chasing, running, and it works faster than ghost. Of course you can change any of these at your will, these are only summoner spells that I recommend because they fit Kayle best, in my opinion.
So overall Kayle can be a great carry, with a excellent amount of sustain damage, or a great support with speed boosts, heals, and her invincibility ultimate. I would like a thanks to JhoiJhoi for making a great how-to guide which helped me make this guide. I would hope to make more champion guides this month or maybe some time next week, but for now, stay toasty.
