Though this is a good build, I must point out that many of the top-rated kennen builds use something almost exactly the same as this. The top kennen build uses 5 of the 6 same core items, and 3 of the 4 same runes. Your description is nothing special, so try to not publish a build that just reiterates the ideas that have already been posted here.
