Nice Guide! I most agree with your Kennen bulid. But, getting WOTA early is not worth it anymore. Since the increase of the price, it is better to get it after your first major item (Rylais, Abyssal). I am also an avid Kennen player, and I see you know what you are talking about! Thanks for the guide!
+1. Nicely written. Consider adding extra chapters like "Situational Items". Also, you need to fix some grammatical errors like capitalization.

You should start boots and pots on kennen especially in mid lane when the armor is wasted and its better top lane too.
I have tested this out and boots feels so wrong its just he does not have the hp to stay in lane for long and one wrong move can seal the deal to a first blood for the enemy team the armor is not wasted its for the jungler to most of them are ad and that will stop some of the damage and you underestimate the dorans shield also you forget the health regen and you dont get Rylai's till your last item so i dont see the point of running boots and just going with hp runes till the 45min mark? i will leave the dorans shield in there till i find a better reason to change it

You have some grammatical errors such as mixing up "then"'s and "than"'s. Not a big problem.
Though I do have a BIG problem. In your pro's and con's, I see LOTS of swear words, in a black font. Being it a black font, does NOT mean it is un-seeable, therefore you should replace it with "appropriate" words.
Another note, for the last chapter, I understand you meant "read", but we are only able to see the word "re", probably due to the length size, therefore you should rename the chapter eg. "End of guide" and copy and paste the text into the body instead of the headline.

At above i didnt do the pro's and con's my friend did this i had trouble putting the faces for pros and cons i will fix it and my grammar is not up to par when im sleepy =D but ty for the heads up i didnt even notice it till now
