MAKE SURE YOU SELL YOUR BOOTS FOR THE LAST ITEM this is a great survival and killing whole teams build
only things that causes problems would be ignite and stuns so play around them and use your heal when its the best time to use it. the heal should heal you for around 1k each time and 800 for i blood lust

I got for strait AP per level runes to get the 85 extra ability power since ill have 100% crit later on in the game so crit runes are not needed.
sure you miss out on crit dmg runes but it will not be needed

I start of with boots and 3 health potions
just play it safe and farm till you can get a death cap if you have enough gold when you go back the first time to get the 1600 gold rod go for it.. i try and get 2300 gold before going back and buy the boots as well as the rod
after getting death cap get 2 zeals and work for 2 phantom dancers this is for attack speed and crit... with the mixture of the 2 you should be able to spin hit 2 times and spin again doing whatever dmg you have at the time
after phantom dancer I get life steal and spell vamp... this is for obvious reasons
IF is a must have with tryndarmere so i decided to let him have it this is to top off and max out your crit. this should get you to 95% at 100% hp
the lich bane is in replace of the boots fpr the movment speed and the dmg after spinning..
i have around 500 or so ap at level 18 with all these items and 225 dmg this is a good balance for a surviving tryndamere
