^ this is true. but the old blue build (which is pretty much this build) was always like that. however if you are decent with ez mechanics it gets strong quick with just a little love. elder lizard also seems a little average to me but all in all this is a solid guide.

With the Runes, could be your ideal start option. With the changes to you might think of adding it to the optionals if you still want to keep up the blue build.

Thank you for understanding. This build has no life steal until either the last item, or the start. That is why you need these quints. But people don't understand that. I am glad to see you understand it.

But you will not have any life steal early game game, because you lack the vampiric sceptre. You literally have 0 life steal if you choose to start with a Long Sword instead of the Dorans.
