Spirit Visage for Early Game against high AP DMG based Enemys and later sell it for a qucisilver/nature/abyss!

not entirely wrong, some things I don't agree with, but mostly right, Quicksilver sash is a pretty good item on vlad, just to note, it removes the DoT from ignite but not the debuff so you might want to add that in there.

Thanks for the plus tomathome. J 2 the orel, for this build you can easily gain full hp just spam Q on a few minions and your up again :P

love it mate, solid work with the veto on Spirit Visage and Warmog's Armor. they are basically troll items for Vladimir. +1 from me
