Icathian Surprise (PASSIVE)
Kog'Maw Passive Ability
Introduction
You just have to know how to play him and when to build him either AP or AD.
Kogmaw should be played passive early game. You should just be last hitting as much as
possible and harrass when you have the chance in between last hitting. Last hitting is of more
value then harrassing unless your jungler is ganking your lane. As Kogmaw, once you reach 100
Creep score + then you can start getting involved in the action. The more creep score you
have, the better because you would have more advanced items. For the AD build, you should have
your madreds, boots, and wits end by 25 minutes into the game. For the AP build, you should
have your Dorans ring, sorc boots, tear of the goddess, catalyst, and maybe a needlessly large
rod. After 25 minutes in, you would want to start to get involved in fights and still farm
whenever you have a chance. Make sure you are to get the red buff from the jungle whenever it
spawns. Use your R smartly making sure you can harrass but not get fully oom. W whenever a
fight breaks out. Use E for the CC and just keep basic attacking and throwing R smartly. Make
sure you dont get caught into the mayhem otherwise the team fight can go into the other teams
favor. By the end of mid game as an AD you should have your banshees and frozen mallet and
possibly your atmas. End game you just play as a regular carry and make sure not to get hurt
in the team fights but still dish out damage. As an AP, you would want to stay in the back of
the fights constantly throwing out R and hitting your Q. Once in a while you can basic attack
with your W on but R and E ing from a distance is great on AP Kog. You wont get oom because of
the tear of the goddess built into archangels staff, and also you will do SO MUCH dmg with
those two skills.
