Welcome to my Kog'Maw ad build guide this guide will pretty much sum up how to play a good ad Kog'Maw. I start with boots of speed first and 3 health potions, when i come back i get berserkers greaves and a dorans blade. After i get that i start building a wriggles then a zeal and later turn it into a phantom dancer. After that start building a lot of AD like a infinity edge a bloodthirster then later on a last whisper for armor penetration. After you get done with your AD get a frozen mallet for good health and for slowing down enemies.

Runes can sometimes be different, quintessences CAN sometimes be changed to armor penetration quins instead. I take 4 seals of fortitude and 5 seals of resilience giving me armor and some health to start out with. Using this build will need to u get boots of speed first instead of dorans blade first because u will be slow in the beginning if u dont get the boots because the runes wont give u bonus movement speed.

Masteries can be tricky on kog sometimes but the one above is the most legit one i cud find, but might be better ones out there idk it is still excellent.

I get caustic spittle first for some reasons
1.It gives me good attack speed just at the beginning
2.Its just a good launch nuke at the beginning too i find it just little better then just going bio arcane barrage first.

Obviously after that i max Bio Arcane Barrage first then caustic spittle for the extra attack speed, void ooze comes last because i dont see a big profit in it just good skill to use when your in danger and need to get out of tricky situations to save yourself, void ooze can be used to save other teammates too so invest in that.

Flash and Exhaust is pretty simple to understand tho flash and ignite is okay too either one will work well.

PROS - Great attack speed and damage and great farm
CONS - squishy most of the time, needs support a lot and gets focused often.

CS is very important on kog it isn't as hard but make sure to do that blue buff is also good on him and red buff look out for those when u get a chance to get them.

Stay behind in team fights use bio arcane barrage from a far distance where your safe and close to your teammates where they can protect you. A thing that Kog'Maw can do to save your teammates is use void ooze to slow down your enemies when being chased it could very well save a lot of your teammates.
