With this build you have to be very careful when you run and not get caught in any ganks and such since you dont have any survival items. The only thing that can keep you alive is the "Bloodthirsers". In 5v5 you can solo the Baron when the build is complete that's an advantage for your whole team since they can still lane and annoy the other team.
