when I go to Rhast always buy Eclipse first item but when I try your build it feels awkward like I'm not used to that non-sustain but it feels great other times I'm facing a full ad team and Meles but still wondering about why is eclipse not good for it and how does the playstyle different from rushing eclipse from rushing BC

Youre not always picking right form. It works perfectly for me, you need to get to know when and how you want to build. It all depends on enemy comp. It takes time to adapt.

Depends if you need extra damage, i usually buy it vs heavy tank enemy team
