Lee Sin Passive Ability
Introduction
Passive
Flurry
After Lee Sin uses an ability, his next 2 basic attacks gain 40% attack speed and return 15 energy each.
Comments:Useful attack speed for next 2 attacks+ energy regenaration
Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike
Lee Sin projects a discordant wave of sound to locate his enemies, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it encounters. If Sonic Wave hits, Lee Sin can cast Resonating Strike for the next 3 seconds.
Resonating Strike: Lee Sin dashes to the enemy hit by Sonic Wave, dealing physical damage plus 8% of their missing Health. Does 400 damage maximum against monsters.
Cost 50 energy
Cooldown 11/10/9/8/7 seconds
Range 975-1100
Comments: This is your main damage skill, also in level 9 you will be the most feared enemy as you will have maxed this ability and the damage there is ridiculous.
Safeguard / Iron Will
Lee Sin rushes towards a target ally, shielding them both for damage over the next 5 seconds. If a shield is broken, half the energy cost is returned. After using Safeguard, Lee Sin can cast Iron Will for the next 3 seconds.
Iron Will: Lee Sin's intense training allows him to thrive in battle. For 5 seconds, Lee Sin gains lifesteal and spell vamp as well as armor.
Cost 50 energy
Cooldown 9 seconds
Range 700
Comments: Awesome mobility, grants you some armor, lifesteal and spell vamp on second use.
Tempest / Cripple
Lee Sin smashes the ground, sending out a shockwave that deals magic damage and reveals enemy units hit for 4 seconds. If Tempest hits an enemy, Lee Sin can cast Cripple for the next 3 seconds.
Cripple: Lee Sin cripples nearby enemies revealed by Tempest for 4 seconds, reducing their movement and attack speed which gradually recover over the duration.
Cost 50 energy
Cooldown 10 seconds
Range 350
Comments: Very good chasing ability, grants you vision of your target and on second use slows all the targets who were hit by tempest.
Dragon's Rage
Lee Sin performs a powerful roundhouse kick launching an enemy champion far away in the other direction, dealing physical damage to the target and any enemies they collide with. Enemies the target collides with are knocked into the air for a short duration.
Cooldown 90/75/60 seconds
Range 375
Comments: Very good ult in order to force a team fight by kicking an enemy to your team. High burst with Q->R->Q and ignite.

Classic 21/0/9 masteries
In Offense, I take improved Ignite, attack damage, Attack Speed, Armor Pen, Attack Damage per level, Bonus critical Damage, Lifesteal snd Improved Damage on targets under 40% health.
In Utility, I take improved Flash, More Energy, Movement Speed and finally Increased Buff Durationn.
Some people would prefer to play more defensive with a 0/21/9 setup if they feel like getting
mostly carried.

First I am maxing my Q because of the high burst damage. Another ability to max first would be Safequard, as on its second use you gain 25% lifesteal + your double dorans & possibly your vampiric scepter, you will have amazing sustain and farm the f*ck out of everything, withoutt the need to go b.
1)Start with boots and 3 pots. Also, you an start with a cloth armor and 5 pots if you think that you will be in trouble early in the game.
Buy two Dorans Blades and if you can afford a ruby crystal or a long sword.
Upgrade your boots to Ninja Tabi or Mercury Threads, based on your enemy team comp of course. Also buy a Vampiric Scepter.
In ~12 min you should have bought: Ninja Tabi or Merc Threads, 2 dorans blades, vamp scepter and phage.
Boots,2 dorans, Bloodthirster, phage, brutalizer
Upgrade Phage into TRI-FORCE
Sell 1 blade to buy Randuin's Omen
Sell brutalizer for Last Whisper
What else, Guardian Angel/Warmong's Armor
2)In the early game try to build much MR if the enemy in the mid is an ap carry. Another match-up like Pantheon, Talon, Xin Zhao, Riven, etc. would need armor instead of MR but always pay attention to their team compination and who is their carry.
ON YOUR FIRST TRIP BACK
Buy two Dorans Blades and if you can afford a ruby crystal or a long sword.
SECOND TRIP BACK
Upgrade your boots to Ninja Tabi or Mercury Threads, based on your enemy team comp of course. Also buy a Vampiric Scepter.
EARLY GAME CORE

MID GAME CORE
Boots,2 dorans, Bloodthirster, phage, brutalizer
Upgrade Phage into TRI-FORCE
Sell 1 blade to buy Randuin's Omen
Sell brutalizer for Last Whisper
LATE GAME
What else, Guardian Angel/Warmong's Armor

Since Lee Sin has an exclusive early game you should absolutely push early and ask your jungler to do an early gank on your lane. Always hide in the bushes and get out of them to last hit a creep. Then, when you see your enemy overextended and manage to hit him with your Sonic Wave you might get an easy kill, unless he is tanky, then build a brutalizer first and then phage.
