your a scrub thats why
I guess having 2 builds under 50% doesn't make you a scrub? hmmmm noobs be noobs.
tried this build it and it didn't seem to be good at all

your not too smart are you? 6 armor? 2 magic resist? what is that going to do? the gain is insignificant. you want 9 in utility for mana regen and when you KILL AN ENEMY you get any buff they might have...pretty basic stuff there
6 Armour would give you an approx 2% damage reduction from all normal attack damage.
This is considering the base armour of 30, while (for your benefit) pretending they have no armour pen. I would consider it quite useful.
Additionally instead of mana regen you would have HP regen.
You still get the enemies buffs if you don't have the runic affinity mastery.
I read what you said about the masteries, and I'm just telling you my personal opinion is that this guide (A SOLO TOP GUIDE) would be better if you played with masteries in def. The initial armour and MR is the most crucial in survivability, and in solo top champions this is very important. Additionally, Blue buff goes to the AP carry and Red Buff goes to the range AD carry.
Alternative builds are for the items and are chosen as the game progresses, and have little baring on your mastery choice, which are picked at the start. Masteries are not something you can change mid game...
If you altered those masteries I would probably vote this guide up.
