Berserker Rage (PASSIVE)
Olaf Passive Ability
Who is Olaf?
His ship destroyed, his crew nowhere to be found, Olaf miraculously washed up untold miles from ''friendly'' waters on the foreign shores of Valoran, south of Demacia. This unfamiliar place stunned and frightened the Berserker, for Lokfar is not privy to such potent magicians. Approaching them, Olaf hoped that they could use their mysterious powers to send him back to his people. A bargain was struck. Olaf would use his awesome prowess as a warrior to serve the unusual wars of Valoran in the League of Legends, and in exchange the sorcerers would find him a way to return. Despite his participation in the League, Olaf knows better than to trust the ''finger wagglers'' that run the Institute of War. He deliberately keeps details of his life and home from them. After all, with enough information, they would most certainly find the Lokfarians and dominate them as they have dominated all of Valoran, keeping both quietly -- and unwittingly -- in their thrall.
Beware the war cry of the Berserker. What surges toward you is unyielding, free from the shackles of reason.
You will want to choose the runes as its basically the lower you get, the more damage your going to be able to deal with your passive, and with the attack speed runes, your able to pui out just that little bit more. In Build 2 the runes are full AD, you will want to follow this if there are very few tanks in there team, this will destroy them.
This skill sequence is the general way you want to follow, if there is alot of squishy champs, try to max your E ASAP, same with tanks, If your going up against general poky champs in lane, then your going to want to max your Q first, your not really going to want to max your W first as its more for head on battles. Same with build 2, however the Q will scale ALOT more then build 1 will.
About his skills:
Passive - Berserker Rage - For each 1% of health missing, Olaf's attack speed is increased by 1. AKA the lower you go, the more dangerous you are
Q - Olaf throws an axe to a target location, dealing 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+0.5 per attack damage) physical damage to units it passes through and slowing them by 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 / 40% for 2.5 seconds. If Olaf picks up the axe, the ability's cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds. This is what your going to want to spam, it will scale heavily of the second build
W - For 6 seconds, Olaf's attack damage is increased by 7 / 14 / 21 / 28 / 35 base damage plus 1% of his max health. While active, Olaf gains 9 / 12 / 15 / 18 / 21% lifesteal and spell vamp. Anytime your going to attack someone head on, you have to have this up, this will help you massively.
E - Olaf deals to his target 100 / 160 / 220 / 280 / 340 true damage to his target and inflicts 40 / 64 / 88 / 112 / 136 true damage to himself. This is whats going to do the most damage regardless of who the champion is, he will destroy any tank with armor.
R -
Active: For 5/6.5/8 seconds, Olaf is immune to disables and reduces incoming damage by 20/30/40. Passive: Olaf has 10/20/30 increased armour penetration. This is where your dmg starts to shine. Your going to pierce anything thats in your way, and lol at them. This has a kind of short cooldown, so any chance you see of killing anyone, pop it.

I would keep these summoner spells, but maybe change flash to ghost, but never change the exhaust. In Build 2 you can generally switch to ignite if needed. This will stop anyone from getting away and it will also increase the damage your doing with exhaust, in my honest opinion your not going to want to get rid of exhaust.
Pros, Ridiculous dmg solo, Hard to kill even with tanks, the lower he goes, the more dangerous he gets
Cons, Non, hes a beast, but he will generally get focused as he will generally be putting the most damage out, and even more dmg with build 2, And be prepared to get ganked alot if your doing well.
