Pretty easy against Zed. **All you have to do is watch Zed's 'W' [icon=Living Shadow] skill. Every time Zed uses it to poke you, you must dodge it. If you dodge it successfully, go jump in and do your q+w combo. It hurts way too much for Zed.
Also, everytime zed goes close to a dying minion for cs punish him with your spells or autoattacks. remember, you are taking [icon=Thunderlord's Decree], so any three combo damage will deal significant damage to squishy zed. If you watch his autoattack movements and punish him for every cs with your autoattacks and spells, you should be able to secure a kill if Zed does not go home and stays at low hp. When at low hp (around 200-300 = 2-3 bars) you can all in even if you are before lvl 6 by flash+W+Q+Ignite+auto. remember if you have jumped in for an all in, try your best to secure a kill with your autoattacks if need to and then safely back away from your W.
When Zed ults = simply create distance using your W and R. and dodge his shurikens. If Zed used his Q recently and his energy is low, dont be scared of his ult. If you do get hit by his ult + his 3 shurikens (Q), you may die from his ult at the end, so if you do have zonya and you've taken little too much damage, you need to use Zhonya.
Lets say you are little ahead in the early game and you are back in lane with Zed around lvl 6-7. Your ult CD is pretty low. so continue being very aggressive, since it is difficult to farm with LB. Everytime Zed has his shadow (W) on cd, you can simply W + R (mimic W deals tons of damage) right on top of him and safely return back to your w. Zed cannot touch you when you make these kinds of trades. Then watch for your next R cd and you can all in. Rush [icon=Zhonya's Hourglass] and its pretty easy. The only way to lose this match up is if Zed is watching your 'W'. if you go hard with you Q+W combo and Zed decides to hold on to his W and uses his shadow right where you W back, then Zed being AD he will hurt you so much with his basic attacks and spells. So careful with that.
***I've had countless Zed match ups and Zed going in all chat 'LB is broken' and afk. Early game make sure you auto harass and Q+W whenever Zed's shadow is on cd then Zed cant do much. EZ
Azir
I would say pretty difficult. Especially Azir has longer range. It is very difficult to land Q+W. you might have to resort to jump in with W + Q +land E. However, landing E is hard. So you can try to look for an angle where you can land your E first. If you land E, Azir will dash away. If not, mark him with Q and jump on him. As long as you watch his Q and play on his cooldowns, you can find moments where you can land combos. Leblanc is far more bursty, although because leblanc is squishy, azir's simple pokes do hurt a lot. Use W+R+Q+E combo whenever you have ult, in order to push azir away. Flash+QRWE+Ignite to secure kills if you find him low enough. And roam a bit to get more gold, since Azir is better at farming.
Viktor
you should never be stunned by Viktor's w. Much like other match up, just go in with your Q+W whenever Viktor has just used his ability (Q or E Death ray).
Diana
Some finds Diana to be difficult for Lb. As long as you dont get hit by her Q, you are set. You Q+W whenever you can. You just really have to watch how Diana is going to farm. Diana is melee so get better at harassing with autoattacks etc. Most players do not have the fast reaction to your Q+W. Diana will try to use her W to shield your damage and deal damage when you W in, but you get to engage first so you have the upper hand early game. You can Q and then wait and see her use her W and wait for the shield to go away and jump in or land E if there is no obstacles.
AT lvl 6, If diana lands her Q and all ins you, you gotta have your W to escape. So post lvl 6, try to use your W when Diana has her Q on cd. Also, sometimes its effective to W away from your side of the tower and juke back to it, that can sometimes create more distance from you and Diana and may help you dodge her Q again / or if you W away from her first QR, and she R you again, and if you are not dead you get to W back and run away.
Much like other lane opponents, just jump in twice with W+R then QE to chip her hp down, your ult has low cd.
Yasuo
not all that difficult. Try not to go too hard early game. If you jump in and misses your E and if you return to you w but there are minions for Yasuo to dash through into you and close the gaps? you're dead. LB has strong burst and you have to land them. If Yasuo gets close and he is constantly q-ing and auto attacking you then you will die so fast.
So keep some distance from yasuo and the minions, however yasuo is melee. So whenever yasuo tries to farm using auto or q, you can harass him pretty bad with q+W. post 6, yasuo is squishy so you can go do that W+R to chunk him out real bad. But remember, always use your autoattack to get his shield down at all times! Yasuo will try and dash here and there for farm and to get to you. Just hit him every chance he gets his shield. and once his shields down jump on him with Q+W. Other champs you have to watch their spells and be reactive, here just autoattack and go in whenever he has his shield down.
One of the only times you can really lose is if the Yasuo player is super good and goes on with very creative routes to get to you and deal you damage / or windwalls all your abilities. But windwall has much longer cd than your spells so thats nothing to worry (at my elo? lol)
Anivia
Dodge if you can. I was unable to do anything against Anivia. Leblanc and Anivia would just farm and trade. Whenever LB goes in for Q+W, Anivia can simply land Q stun (on your w's return) and hit you with E. That really hurts. The trade is always bad. One thing Leblanc can do is some mid game. If you have tried Q+W combos and Anivia answers you with point blank Q or Q at your W, then try Q and wait a little, walk in an angle and land W + E. However, Anivia has 75 more range on her autoattack so its difficult early game. Mid-game or at level 6. Anivia's ult is too much for LB, she has strong wave clear and if you even step on her ult and get slowed, Anivia's E hurts so much. Anivia's harass will often times leave you without your passive.
Even if you go aggressive its almost impossible for you to land all your combos from the distance Anivia creates + her egg passive is something leblanc cannot finish quickly...cuz of the cooldowns. T.T Call for lots of ganks to take Anivia's passive or flash / defensive spells. Its one of the toughest match up i think. Good luck! (I think its best to use different items and runes maybe. Full MR + AP runes and go for something like merc treas + Rod of Ages + Lich bane for W + auto harass *disclaimer haven't had the chance to use this* lol
Corki
Corki is relatively difficult because of his auto-attacks and lvl 6 ult the missiles hurts a lot. So matches like this, its important to control the lane minions. even if Corki has his Q on cooldown, when you go in , Corki can either W away or E+autoattack and trade better if you cannot land all your spells (Q+W+E). it is all about dodging Corki's Q and R. Dodge and land your spells and you will win. If some reason corki is close enough for you to land Q+R+W+E or Q+R+E+W you win. even trinity force corki can't handle all that damage from lb. you could rush abyssal if you are struggling with his magic damage + abyssal reduces corki's mr too. Abyssal is a good item against corki.
Annie
Annie is actually really annoying for Leblanc. She will try to keep her stun and use when you go in. So each time you go in for Q+W you get stunned by her W or Q and then get hit by her Q or W...+minion and auto attack damages. It is difficult to establish advantageous trades. Her all in at or post lvl 6 is devastating for LB. she can stun with Q then use her W and R together... where your passive doesnt mean much because they are AOE. Also, Annie builds ROA.. where the extra hp makes it harder for Leblanc to burst her down. So it boils down to who gets to farm better. So I would call in for Jungler or even bot lane roam and ganks. Try to get aggressive when your teammates are in side bushes and jump in and try to land E. shackle her to secure kills followed up by your teammates. Problem is that Annie's stun is far more easier than LB landing her E. So if annie's teams bringing supports and jungler to mid lane it gets a lot more tricky.
So you have to really keep on eye for enemy jungler's position. Then ask for ganks. If you do get ahead, you can go all Chinese style and get mejai's and try to crush Annie throughout the laning phase. High risk high reward.
Or try to farm better than annie and forget about killing her and go for better items than annie - go little tanky with Rod of Ages + Abyssal + Zhonya or troll by going 6 Rod of Ages like Siv HD and see if you can juke to win.
Overall, I find annie to be quite difficult, let me know what you all think,
Fizz
Fizz is another very difficult opponent. If you miss you spells and somehow you have your W+R on cd, and Fizz jumps on top of you then you are dead. Fizz's damage over time + ignite is very significant. Leblanc heavily relies on landing her Q+W+E in order to deal maximum damage. If any spells are missed or nullified, then Leblanc must wait for the cooldown to do anything. Thus, Fizz can E one of your spell and get on top of you.
But you can win Fizz. You can play reactive. autoattack harass the shit out of melee Fizz during lane phase, while farming. ***important*** dont hit the minion at start. make Fizz hit the minion first ( this will happen when you stand far away ). Then you know lane will pushed towards you. Control your wave near your tower - this is the counter to Fizz. just last hit minions. Fizz will get desperate - because Fizz has to use spells to farm minions or he can't last hit them ; the minions are close to leblanc's tower. Or Fizz will try to deal damage to you ; but if you pulled your lane, Fizz cannot push the wave nor attempt to damage you since Fizz may be hit by the turret. So When Fizz uses his spells for whatever reason, you can go all in with Q+W+E, especially when his playful trickster thing is down.
Post 6, Go super aggressive when Fizz's E is down, with W+R Q+E to chunk his hp. Remember, at any stage, Fizz can ult you and combo you to burst you down, so be careful of his fish. Other than that, lane control and you can beat Fizz. Whoever starts the fight can lose = If LB starts, Fizz can ignore one of LB's spell and get on top of you with E or LB has to burn W to jump away from E. If Fizz uses E on top of LB, LB has to W away to avoid damage then use Q+E, Thus, Fizz does have an edgy, therefore you must control the lane minions so Fizz has to use his E, then exploit the moments.
Lux
Lux is so annoying right now, especially with Thunderlord's Decree and that Frost Queens Ghost thing. Lux's long range E will keep you at bay + makes you incredible hard to cs. I feel like going Rod of Ages build may be successful. Lux is squishy enough that you would want to survive initial Q+W maybe ult damage and go all in on lux with ignite. Play safe before level 6. At level 6, I would just try and all in - meaning jump+jump+Q+E whenver lux's Q is on cd. But lux's Q is rarely on cd for you to exploit because she is thinking the same thing... use q at blind distance when LB uses W...
So you have to play smart. you have to try and bait something out and be creative with attack paths. you can sometimes go off vision = pretend to go roam / or roam. Go to the bushes that you KNOW for sure that there is no ward... then wait for Lux to follow you to bot lane and jump on her from the bush. etc
She is very squishy. The Frost Queen item is very annoying. You can't hide in between minions because of AOE E damage.. so you have to sort of keep the distance, but that makes it hard for you to deal damage or farm. Thus, use bush play if you can, or dodge Lux's Q bind and jump on her (easier said than done ofc lol).
But yeah I think the bush play works pretty well. When you are hiding in the side bush, Lux might use all her abilities (sometimes even ult) to push lane out and roam - then you go boom on her from the bush. gl
Cassiopeia
I think this is easier for leblanc but reaction speeds and skillshot accuracy are very important.
You cannot get hit by Cass's Q. the tick damage is too much + you cant engage her when you have poison... Her constant E will destroy you. But Leblanc has way more burst. So, Leblanc has to be VERY aggressive before level 3. You cannot lose before level 3. Lvl 1, jump in with W to dodge her Q and hit her + autoattack. LVL2 = Q+W, Cassiopeia has very low mobility it is easy to land those. Even in level3+ think of ways how you can land your spells, because if you are aggressive and trying to land your spells, there is not much Cass can do. you're Q+W combo deals way too much damage for Cass.
But do not underestimate Cass's damage. I usually run Barrier as Cassiopeia. So LB can all in her, but if Cass survives that with barrier + Seraph's Mana Shield, she can put W on LB's blink get on poison shreds with E + Ult stun + EEEEEEEE...
Leblanc may have some edge over laning phase, Cassiopeia is an AP Carry like ADC, she deals tons of damage during team fights.
