Well this is a guide prepared by me and guides that I do not view taxes as it is a basic guide to the items you must buy the runes and masteries to play better with leblanc.
The moment of truth
At the time of attack used the powers in the following order;
Ethereal Chains = E
Sigil of Silence = Q
Mimic = R
Distortion = W
E + Q + R + W:
If you have not killed the enemy or use the exhaust or ignite.
Masteries
Well about the masteries I think these might be best to have more Mana and Ability Power,
Well if you think there are better uses that to me I think are necessary for this champion.
Items
The final if they can sell the item: Doran's Ring and can buy Zhonya's Hourglass or Void Staff,
or more Ability to give you Power and Magic Armor or resist or penetration
Runes
Runes are are with you always play and also are the best for this chapion haci that are mandatory
