I personally strongly disagree with Morello's... Why not ? Is 15 AP, 5% CDR and 2 Mp5 really something more then DFG's superb passive?
Not for a nuker that is.
(I see the secondary build, but what I mean, Morello's is absolutely not an option for LB)

Also, 21-0-9 > 9-0-21
After changes to mastery trees, 21 offence outscales 21 utility dramatically. There's so much potential that you miss out as LeBlanc.

I personally, also prefer , but that's up to a player.

Gonna upvote that to counter troll-votes. Can't get why people ****ing downvote just because of summoner spells selection...

100+ games as leblanc and, ignite has been more useful for me then exhaust. Someone said earlier you don't need flash it's true you have W I instead take teleport for ranked play.

you shouldnt need morellos unless u dont have cdr runes plus u still shouldnt have it b4 spell pen like guise and void staff or b4 getting ryalis and deathcap
