No flash ? Warmog Atma? WTF!?!?

Nice guide, tho I'm not really sure you can get Unyielding without having a point in Block

1. Can't get Feast without Butcher (masteries) nor can you Unyielding without Block .
2. Remove the Feast point and put a point in Juggernaut
3. Better go full flat AD(runes).
4. Worst, but worst skill sequence.
5. Heal will never be good.
6. Flash is definetly a better option on Lee Sin but I can understand personal preferences.
7. Force of Nature was removed back at the end of season 2.

So umm your Masteries for Jungle Lee Sin are impossible because you can't take Bladed Armor without putting 2 points into Tough Skin. Your guide shows that you should have Bladed Armor with 0 points in Tough Skin.
