General Gameplay

The point of this build is to be able to both survive in later-game team fights as well as hit fast and hard when you need to during the laning phase, relying on Lee's passive to deal heavy damage and his q/w to harass easily. Main entry combo would be Sonic Wave/(Depending on distance to enemy champion)2 auto attacks/Resounding Strike/Tempest/2xAA/cripple repeat. THE 2 AUTO ATTACKS ARE ESSENTIAL, this is where a good chunk of your dps comes from but it also refills your mana. Save Dragon's Rage for opportune moments, as it is extremely effective in team fights, and, if you're ganking, it doesn't help you much unless another enemy champion tries to unit collide and block you. Then stuff can get quite fun (such as a double kill with one hit, and if you get Sword of the Occult stacked nicely you can hit RIDICULOUS amounts of damage with an ult)
Anyways I sort of discovered this build when trying to figure out a way to get rid of this extremely irritating backdoor Yi who kept ganking my whole team, which screwed up my Occult
I decided to switch to full offensive with my only defense being a bit of lifesteal
It doesnt work amazingly well unless there is at least one friendly unit nearby, they dont even have to be doing anything
so as my team and I were running away for the umpteenth time, I decided to risk a reverse gank... lo and behold, using sw/rs in combination with Iron Will, I was able to avoid taking most of the damage he was dishing out by bouncing back and forth between Yi and my teammate as well as hitting him incredibly hard, finishing him off with a sw/rs/dr combo as he tried to run away.
That was the best feeling in the world...
