Introduction
I have only tried this build in 3v3 but i am pretty sure it works in 5v5 to.
But just to summaries this build is what i would call a Middle difficulty because is have to actives and they need to be used as a support for your team.
Runes
(Mark of Insight)I chose this rune because there is no good defense marks only good offensives runes. So i the only smart choice, was to take some magic pen. to boost your DOp.*
(Seal of Resilience)well since you are a tank this would be the smartest choice.
(Glyph of Warding)Again you ARE a tank so this (should) be obvious
(Quintessence of Potency)well this gives you 15 AP and boosts your DOp.
But The following quintessences works just as fine (i think):
Quintessence of Fortitude
Quintessence of Vigor
Quintessence of Warding
Quintessence of Evasion
Quintessence of Resilience
Quintessence of Focus
Quintessence of Swiftness
* Damaged Output
