As part of a team or one on one. This build is designed to be a useful, pushing offtank that can handle a little bit of damage. Leona has great CC and by herself can bring almost anything down half health in flash damage. as part of a team, she's a great chaser, with Q as her stun and E as her intercept you can't go wrong.

The guide is open to your discretion after Trinity is completed. if you need to go more tank, then a Warmog's or a Frozen Mallet will suit ya just fine. If you're looking for magic resist... I'm going to stop there, cause you probably now what to do.

Why Tele and Ghost?

Because you want to get into battles asap as the tank, and sometimes *sniff* you have to get out of battles just as fast. with a Shurelyas boost to start you off, the boots of mobility passive (+5 movement) will kick in and no one can catch you. of course, people are used to a slow Leona, but with this, they'll chase, fail, and get a countergank by your team in a heartbeat.

*CAUTION* Leona is someone who is fun to play, and is really, really good--but you need a decent team to use her effectively. The best laner with her is probably Varus, Ashe, or Ezrael-- AD carries who pack a wallop. you can lane with an AP heavy champ... but if you go bot, take someone who deals a lot of damage. She is a very good ganker, and counterganker. Stun away, and happy flashing! (Her ult)
