Build 1 doesn't look like an actual build... unless you really do intend to get Zeke's Herald after you've already reached 40% CDR...

The discussion doesn't seem to relate to the sample item build, either. It's just sort of nebulous, with no clear picture of a typical balanced vanilla build one could modify as circumstances dictate.

This build needs pictures and color, which you can do by using BBCode. You should read Jhoihoi's Guide to Making Guides if you don't know how to use BBCode. Other than the lack of color and pictures this seems quite solid. :) I like your item choices.
