I start of with my Shield of Daybreak to increase my M.resist and my armor plus some AoE. I start at Wolves and then go to blue were i usually get a hard pull or a leash. Then go to Wraiths and then the Lizard

The ganks are good but simple but how I usually use my W to get it to explode faster at the engage with my E and the make it easier for the lane whom you are ganking to make heavy damage I of course you Q

If you've get pretty decent start you should be tanky and beefy enough to make the engages, your ult should have around 40-45 seconds cool down so you could make some pretty awesome enganges and team fights. Even though you have a relatively low cool down on your ult do not waste it, if used with care you could get at least 2-3 enemies in it or pop lots of Summoner Cool downs.
