Your build looks okay, but it really needs some work. First of all, why SVisage? You do realize that cdr caps at 40% right? I find that Sunfire Cape is almost detrimental to Leona. She hasn't many means to pushing lanes effectively, and this helps incredibly with that. Also, where is the Banshee's? Against any team comp, Banshee's is usually a must.

Also, use (icon= item name size=##) to create images. Just replace the number with either 34, 50, or 64, and change the parenthesis with [these]. You could also create a very small image with (icon= item name) replaced with [These]. I had trouble making guides when I first started too. As the LoL community would rather laugh at you and call you a noob rather than help you, I can relate.
