Plus His E's duration time is awful with movement speed, it somehow depends on distance not time, so if you travel 1m/s you can CC them around 1.5 seconds, tho if I go full speedy item, ~6m/s you can only CC them 0.3 seconds, tho you CC them through same distance but faster, Plus E's distance is only about from mid turret to river horizon, so it will make it Very hard to controls well at max speed.
Well... everything else is seems playable, but really hopeing to remove the animation before Q, it totally makes Skanar stucks like robot.
I am sure other players will find him more fun now, but I am hopping off at this stop :D
in game stuff- I love that his ultimate can catch multiple foes, making him better at teamfights. I am sad about the passive getting removed though, as it made him a beast to fight in his own turf- but also happy, since now he'll be better adjusted to fighting in lanes and outside his own zones (or so I hope).
But yeah I will overhaul this guide once I get a feel for the new skarner! Hopefully it opens a path to even more wild builds!
So its better to balance E and Q upgrades, but yeah rushing Q or E works just fine, will add in notes
