It depends on an opponent you will face on your lane. I find this setup very hard to play right, but very revarding. You have quite a nice lifesteal (with quintessences) to stay on the lane against almost any opponent, and additional 160 HP and 20 DMG can make a huge difference in a fight. It is true that you are slow, but as I said in a guide, there is a nice solution to it - use ghost to run faster, use your slowing ghost, and if that bastard still runs away, use exhaust. With all that, you just have to secure your kill, especially with a ganking teammate.
Countering ganks is a bit more tricky. Until you have trinity and Guardian Shield, do not be too exposed, and if things get bad, use your slowing omen and Ghost spell.
Anyway, if you don't like it, buy boots and potions first and dorans after that.

I personally like your play-style, but honestly, this is quite offensive setup for early game (2 dorans, 21/9/0 masteries) - why so offensive right from the beginning if you are slow and unable to profit from such damage output? Also, without flash, it must be hard to escape potential ganks, isn't it?
