The reason why i take it is because the only way for twitch to escape is ambush, and the ticker to cloak resets if he is hit. So i normally get stunned or slowed of some sort. Then flash away and cloak, but if i can't (ie anything that lets them chase me) its silleh to even try to escape, that's why i go cleanse to flash. Its even good if say.. Panth stuns you as you pop out and ulti, instead of not doing any dmg, you can cleanse out and continue to do the dirty work. Mind you if panth stuns you, he will probably finish you off..

I can see you using Exhaust on this. Perhaps ghost for faster escapes. But yeah.
