Selecting Havoc and Runic Affinity or Culinary Master is pretty much standard when going for 21 and 9 points. I think you overextend using colours and missed out adding something like an introduction or Gameplay section.

Seals of AP aren't good. Try a defensive one like Health or Armour.

In the second build it should be called "Off-tank" or "Defense" and maybe Void Staff over Abyssal Mask as your already have MR and this way you'll have much higher damage.

Take your ULT at 6/11/16 always.

21/0/9 or 21/9/0 masteries are much better than 30/0/0

Explain your items in the build, and maybe some game-play info would be helpful.
