I think your guide is very well written and gives a lot of good tips on how to play Kat. I have been a Kat player and used another guide, but I think next time I will try your guide because I feel it fits my playstyle more. I do not think you should abandon this guide. You should instead continue to work on it and not get discouraged by the low affluence, for (I think) affluence will come with time, and as long as you keep your guide updated from patch to patch! Don't give up, you do excellent work! :)

Thank you for the nice comment :) Also your coding inspired me too :d And yeah, IceCreamy asked me that too, all I can sy is that I gave my reasoning in the Maasteries section, you get more benefits from utility than from offence,where you only get a bit more AP.

Really great build :D
It was very, very pleasant to read trough and it had some really nice coding, which I can't even do xD
only thing that I really wondered was why no 21 points in offensive :3
You do have ur points over the choice tough.
