Remember to go fo Blade of the ruin king
¤ 1st its the most important item, this gives you lifesteal and massive dmg over short time.
¤ 2nd go for infinty Edge for huge damage and you'r god.
¤ 3rd go for "LAST WHISPER" for armor penetration since you have alot of dmg and attack speed.
¤ 4th go for shoes if you havent bought them earlyer.
¤ 5th go for Phantom dancer for more nuke and attack-speed.
¤ 6 go for statikk shiv, this makes you unstopeble.
