Lulu is a ranged, melee, tank, jungler, support, mage, carry, pusher, fighter DPS champion. She's good at disruptive enemy towers and destroying inhibitors.

As a jungler start with Dragon, then go to Baron.
You should start at lvl 6 with your ult active because you are Lulu, The Blind sorceress.

Ult yourself and use surge near the dragon camp at minute 1 with 23 seconds, and the dragon will refuse to respawn out of pure fear.

You will be granted 10000 exp. and you should be lvl 16 because your Lulu, The blind sorceress. Then head to baron and wait him to respawn while you drink an orange soda.
When he respawns, use whimsy to transform him into a cute squirrel and smite him before he comes back to his original form.

You should be lvl 19 by now(YES, 19), and use it to max Wild growth to lvl 18.

Now, you should tell an ally Kog'maw to buy 6 warmogs to increase his size. Then, head to their nexus between 2 of the enemy inhibitors with kog'maw.

Finally, enlarge him with your ult and tell him to suicide next to their nexus.
Kog'maw's passive should trigger 100 tons of atomic TNT into a WTF-Boom-explotion that will destroy the enemy nexus and inhibitors instantly, making Ziggs ult look like a spark and win the match before minute 5.
