Ya I havent put much thought into runes, I was focusing on the other parts more than runes, I still need to test out the combination of runes on her since I just reached lvl30. So I will fix it up soon

The boots part was just a sidenote, while the biggest problem with ur guide is the rune part :P

I agree that getting boots can be helpful but I like the Dorian rings cause your able to stay in lane longer than normal, and with her Q, you don't really need boots to chase down. I'm still tweaking it cause it's my first guide

I suppose you haven't really thought those runes through :P
1. U have 10 marks and 8 seals picked
2. I suggest not using Secondary runes unless trying to boost 1 specific stat (to maximize effectivity). You would get more Magicpen, Manareg and AP (which is all your runes give xD) by taking Mpen Manareg/lvl AP

Also another thing is that you mention taking the manaregen mastery in the text, but actually don't do it on the picture(In my opinion it would be much better than the movement speed mastery).

And starting with boots plus 3health pots is most often superior to dorans ring start, because of the movement speed and lane sustain they give. Just some thoughts you should take into consideration ;)

Ya mejai's is only good when fed, I never had one game where I didn't get fed. But once they nerf her (which we all know they will) I will probably take out mejai's and replace it with another item, if they nerf her a lot. (and we all know riot, lulu's nerf may be nothing lol)

I don't really like mejai's, so I take RoA as first item after sorcerers boots, then the deathcap, tome and continue depending on what the enemy team consists off. Haven't had one bad game this way yet and usually get fed. Absolutely love Lulu!

I really wouldn't use liche bane, because lulu isn't a champ that can constantly attack your opponent, like an eve, she can constantly attack her opponent working off liche or tri, lulu can't constantly attack so once you use an ability your passive off liche will probably wear off before you get to attack again

i believe her passive dmg is based off of her lvl, if it were based on AP or AD it would have a ratio telling you that it works off that.

why don't any body play her with "lich bane". (yeah maybe wrong spelled)
and does "lich bane" infect her passive ? (just a question)
